Our clinic provides around-the-clock urgent medical care for guests staying in hotels, vacation rentals, and other accommodations throughout Mie Prefecture. We are committed to ensuring that all visitors to Mie can access Japanese medical services at any time. Our services are available even in remote areas, on isolated peninsulas, and during weekends or nighttime hours when other medical facilities may not be accessible.
Our service includes a registered nurse visiting your accommodation, followed by a remote consultation with a licensed physician. If a prescription is issued, a pharmacist will also be dispatched to deliver the necessary medication directly to you.

Fees & Payment
We will confirm the fee during your initial call before dispatching medical personnel.
Consultation Fees (Travel insurance accepted):
9:00 AM – 7:00 PM：from $650
7:00 PM – 9:00 AM：from $950
Additional Costs:
Transportation Fee:
＄100 for every 30min from Kyoto-Station/Osaka-Station/Vison Clinic
Medication/Testing Fee: from +$100
Medical Documentation Fee: +$100
National Holidays & Weekends: +$150
※ Some affiliated travel insurance providers allow cashless billing, with no upfront payment required by the patient.
※ Additional fees apply for islands not connected by bridges.
※ Insurance coverage may vary depending on your policy.
※ Exchange rate: $1 = ¥150 (subject to change)

If, upon arrival, we are unable to contact you by phone or at your room and need to wait more than 15 minutes due to such circumstances: +$80 (per 15 minutes).

If the prescription is issued after midnight, even if the consultation started before midnight, an additional pharmacy late-night fee of +$200 will be charged.

If it is necessary to confirm the prescription details with your primary doctor or assistance company: +$150.

If medication delivery is delayed at the patient’s request: +$80 will be charged for every 15 minutes of delay.

Please note that only credit card payments or cashless payments through travel insurance providers are accepted.
