International Clinic Alliance by NIHON SMART WELLNESS SUISIN KYOGIKAI is founded in Okinawa Prefecture to improve healthcare accessibility for all people. Improving health care accessibility for tourist and non-Japanese speaker can solve a lot of problems like, "Language barrier", "Tourist do not have idea of where should they go" "Reduce the number of out-patients at Emergency Room who should go to family care/primary care/first emergency care" and "Avoid unnecessary ambulance transport".
